Branch Manager / Head of Operations
We're setting up our new Hemant Tools Dubai branch and we’re looking for a 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 /
𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (📍𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶) to launch and lead our presence across the Middle East.
This is a leadership position, with real ownership from day one.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱:
- Establish and run the Dubai setup and regional operations
- Build relationships across the Middle East manufacturing ecosystem
- Own technical engagement and evaluations with customers, aligning tooling to machining requirements, process fit, and production targets
- Recruit, form, and develop the local team (sales, applications, operations)
- Turn market knowledge into execution: accounts, pipeline, and long-term growth
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in the Middle East market (minimum)
- Strong technical knowledge of cutting tools and machining environments, including CNC applications
- Manufacturing experience is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the Middle East market dynamics and customer landscape
- Proven ability to build, lead, and manage a team
Round Tools Manager, South
- Strong knowledge of machining, programming, and CAD/CAM
- Hands-on experience using and marketing drills, taps, reamers, and end mills
- Sound knowledge of machining and application engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience
Round Tools Manager, North
- Strong knowledge of machining, programming, and CAD/CAM
- Hands-on experience using and marketing drills, taps, reamers, and end mills
- Sound knowledge of machining and application engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience
Branch Manager, Ahmedabad
- Strong customer relationships in the Ahmedabad region
- Sound knowledge of machining and application engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience
Sales Manager, Rajkot
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools
- Production or sales background (both acceptable)
- Sound knowledge of application engineering and machining
- Minimum 7 years experience
Sales Engineer, Bangalore
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools
- Production or sales background (both acceptable)
- Sound knowledge of application engineering and machining
- Minimum 7 years experience
Territory Manager, Pune
- Strong customer relationships in the Pune region
- Sound knowledge of machining and application engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience
